Who is responsible

The controller of your data is the owner of this website, whose identification details appear in the legal notice. You can write to us about anything related to your privacy through the contact form.

What data we process

  • What you give us in forms (contact, valuation, property alerts): name, email, phone and the message you write.
  • Conversations with our assistant by chat, WhatsApp or phone: what you write or say and, for calls, the recording and its transcript.
  • Your saved properties and searches, which stay in your browser.

What we use them for

  • To answer your enquiries and put you in touch with an agent.
  • To show you properties that match what you are looking for and, if you ask, to alert you when new ones appear.
  • To arrange viewings and, if you buy or sell, to handle the transaction.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you send us a form or start a conversation, and where applicable the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.

AI assistant

Chat, WhatsApp and calls are first handled by an automated assistant. You can always ask to speak to a person. Its answers are for guidance only: prices, availability and terms of each property are confirmed by an agent.

How long we keep them

For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet any legal obligations. If you only made an enquiry, for at most two years after the last contact. Property alerts are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Who we share them with

We do not sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by the providers that run the service (web hosting, email delivery, telephony and the assistant), under data processing agreements and with appropriate safeguards when they are outside the European Economic Area. If you are interested in a property from a partner agency, we will only pass your details on if you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability, by writing to us through the contact form. If you believe we have not handled them properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
