Rustic plot of 9,066 m² in Mijas - La Alquería

In a natural and quiet setting in Mijas known as Cuesta Borrego lies this large rustic plot of 9,066 m², a property with great potential for those looking to own land in the heart of nature with good possibilities for use within the permitted activities for rustic land.

The plot has a generous surface area and different areas of the land already cleared and prepared, as well as access via a path, which facilitates both entry and the use of different spaces on the property. Its location combines the characteristic tranquility of the countryside with proximity to Mijas Pueblo or Las Lagunas de Mijas in 10 minutes, without being completely isolated.

It is non-urbanizable land, so it is not intended for the construction of a conventional residential dwelling, nor can it be purchased through a bank mortgage. However, its rustic classification allows for the study of different possibilities for use and development compatible with applicable regulations, including agricultural, livestock, or maintenance and exploitation activities related to the property. Likewise, the possibility of requesting the installation or construction of a tool shed could be studied, always conditioned on compliance with urban planning requirements and obtaining the corresponding administrative authorizations.

Currently, the plot does not have water or electricity supply, nor is it fenced, although, given its location and the existence of nearby homes, you can obtain them without any problem.

A particularly interesting property for those looking for more than 9,000 m² of land in Mijas, with privacy, spaciousness, and the potential ‌to ‌develop ‌a ‌project linked ‌to ‌the ‌rural ‌environment, while ‌enjoying ‌an open setting ‌and proximity to ‌residential ‌areas.
