Bungalow a Casares, Costa del Sol

***Special listing *** Do you dream to live off grid on the costa del sol, close to the sea, but in the mountains? This property is located in the mouth of el canuto, a beautiful nature reserve in casares malaga, very good for hiking, climbing, bird watching etc…, this is a very special location and a special property sold by an older spanish gentleman. This is 5500m2 of land, a straight, flat piece of land, it has several Little sheds on the land and it has a main property of about 85M2 with two bedrooms, a fireplace and everything you really need. Space for horses, there is fruittrees and very rich land to home grow all you want. There is wáter from the land and there are solar panels for electric, If this is for living all year round you would have to add to what their is now and of course make it your own, but it has all basics working and the location is spectacular. This is a property that is not added YET to the paperwork, this means that we can not get a mortgage on the house (you could get some on the land), but the house has been there already for over 15years, so we can help a new owner to make everything legal and that way we also add value again to the property on the long run. Do let us know if you have any questions. If you want ‌to ‌live ‌in ‌a free ‌and ‌Green ‌home, ‌this could ‌be ‌the one!
